Hi, I’m Cristin.
I know firsthand how draining caregiving can be because I live it every day as a single mom to an amazing young man with Down syndrome. I’ve learned how to live a full, vibrant life alongside my son with Down syndrome—finding energy, confidence, and happiness along the way.
I’m also a life coach, meditation and restorative yoga teacher, and meditation instructor with specialized training in nervous system regulation and stress reduction. My mission is simple: to help moms of teens and adults with disabilities care for themselves as well as they care for everyone else.
